Nov 06, 2015 Gateway Desktop keyboard not working after Windows 10 Upgrade My Gateway FX541S with a Gateway keyboard model KB-0532 was working fine until I upgraded to Windows 10. Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. I understand that you have an issue with keyboard after upgrading to Windows 10. I will surely help you to fix this issue.
As you know there are no Windows 10 drivers available for your computer model in the manufacturer website. Device drivers are released by the manufacturers. Unfortunately you may have to wait till they release a new driver for CD DVD drive which is compatible with Windows 10.
As a workaround you may also try to install latest driver in compatibility mode from the manufacturer website.

To install driver in compatibility mode follow these steps:

a. Right-click on the setup file of the program and select “Properties”.
c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.
d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select latest Windows version from the drop down list.
e. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
