If it doesn't work in your PC because you use another language, try renaming the en-US folder to the code of the language you use (eg: en-GB, pt-BR, ja-jp.) I'm not the author of this file, it belongs to Microsoft though now it is abandonware.
- Sep 22, 2019 Yep, windows 7 has it. Should be in accessories. Here is a review of it. Edited to add: Just confirmed, it is in accessories listed as 'Paint'.As KJBlake and DominicP mentioned, there are more powerful paint programs, but MS Paint works just fine for basic stuff.

The more I used it, the more frustrated I got. But every aspect of design in this app is really sad. Its like usability is not a thing over here. Just go and try to give feedback over there. Look closely. I did. And I was like nope. This product was doomed from the beginning. It sucks cause whoever made the demo and tutorial guides did an excellent job showing the features. I was actually too good. Haven't they heard of under promise, and over deliver? It should be sooo hard to fail Paint relaunch Paint3d. Paint2.0 ,. the evolution of Paint: The work of art it was meant to be. I mean we all secretly love this app. I cant think of an app more known that we could say has been there since the beginning. The little app that we pick on so much. Yet I know plenty of business use it. just in shortcut-type reasons. Never really to paint. More to crop, add arrows, circles. We're so mean to this app. It really just wanted to paint. I blame the developers for sucha bad fail.
